Return Policy

At Abicellular, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a hassle-free return policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence.

  1. Return Eligibility We accept returns for most products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.

  2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@abicellular.co.za. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

  3. Refund Process Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in new and unused condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Exceptions Some products may not be eligible for a return, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been customized or personalized
  • Digital products
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
